Standard plastic cards are a durable, professional solution used across membership, loyalty, ID, access and promotional programmes. Produced to CR80 size, they offer a consistent format that works across both simple and more advanced card requirements.

All cards in this range can be printed with your own design and enhanced with features such as barcodes, magnetic stripes, signature panels and RFID technology where required.

If every card in your order will be identical, you can choose a standard (generic) card. If each card needs to include unique information, such as names, ID numbers, barcodes or photographs, simply select the variable data option when ordering and upload your data securely during checkout.

Do I need Generic or Variable Data versions of my cards?

If you want each individual plastic card to be identical, then you simply need to select ‘Generic’ and create your design. However, if you require each card to have individual details such as names, numbers and the added functionality of barcodes or encoded magnetic stripes then choose the ‘Variable Data’ option and add them to your design. The only difference is that you will need to upload your associated data as a CSV file.
Cards purchased through the Hub website are digitally printed on a HP Indigo 5900 press in our own purpose built manufacturing facility, and are made using standard PVC with a 760 micron thickness.
